As a member of Community Shares of Wisconsin, Embolden WI can receive gifts of stock for a small processing fee through their brokerage account.

A gift of stock can be made to Embolden WI by submitting a letter to your broker requesting DTC transfer of the stock to the Community Shares of Wisconsin account. The delivery instructions to be given to your brokerage firm are:

Community Shares of Wisconsin will send an acknowledgement to you after receipt of the stock. The acknowledgement describes the stock (name and number of shares) and the date of the transfer. The value of your contribution should be determined by you and/or your accountant.
